Spago (Forum Shops, Caesar's Palace) – From a 45-minute wait after our reservation, to pointless food, to outright rude service, this is an unending disaster from start to finish. Diners are packed like canned herring. This is one of the early celebrity chef ventures into Las Vegas, and emblematic of so many of those indifferent early efforts. Its time has passed, and it deserves a mercy killing. (2000)
