We catch a decent bite of lunch at Quay Seafood Chinese (2 Albert St.), admiring the views of the Harbor Bridge and the now-plummeting rain that streams from overhead drains. My salt & pepper squid with prawn mince is excellent, but everything else is sort of…eh. (3/05)
